everybot is a public robot-comparison site with an optional email update list. This policy describes the data flows present in the current application and distinguishes that list from a robot reservation or purchase.
Information the email list collects
If you choose to join, everybot stores the email address you submit, the time the record was created, and an optional referral value from the page's ref query parameter. The referral value is limited to 100 characters. The form does not ask for your name, postal address, phone number, payment information, password, or a preferred robot model.
An email-list submission is not a robot reservation. It does not create a purchase queue position, place an order, take a deposit, or open an account with any manufacturer. The current application stores the address for everybot updates and does not send that email-list record to the manufacturers linked from the comparison.
Hosting and technical information
Vercel hosts the application and may process routine request information such as an IP address, browser details, requested page, and request time to deliver and protect the service. The current application includes no client-side analytics service, advertising network, social-media pixel, or cross-site ad-personalization integration.
Why the information is used
- To maintain the optional everybot email update list.
- To prevent duplicate addresses in that list.
- To understand which referral label led to a signup.
- To operate, secure, and improve the public site.
- To respond to correction, access, and deletion requests.
Service providers and sharing
everybot uses Vercel for site hosting and Neon for the database that stores email-list records. Those providers process data to supply their infrastructure services. The current application has no code that sells email-list addresses, exposes them publicly, or transfers them to the robot manufacturers listed on the site.
Retention and your choices
everybot does not currently apply an automated deletion schedule to email-list records. You may ask whether your address is present or request deletion by emailing adam@anchormarianas.com. Send the request from the relevant address so the maintainer can verify that the request concerns your record. Do not include a password or identity document.
External product links
Links from everybot lead to independent manufacturer websites. Those sites have their own privacy practices and transaction terms, and everybot does not control them. Review the manufacturer's current terms before submitting personal information, placing an order, or paying a deposit on an external site.
Questions and changes
Privacy questions can be sent through the contact page. If the application's data collection or providers change, this page should be updated with a new date so visitors can compare the policy with the current site.
